Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

I knew. I spaced. I forgot. I got burned.
I know how to configure samba. I used it on several servers at work and home.
So I went in and played tweaky-tweaky with my samba config.
AND I tested it to see how the webGUI liked it. (It doesn't - as I also expected)
But then I spaced yesterday and changed the description of my DNS-343 and it nuked my smb.conf --- oops.
So if you're going to use 'vi' to change your smb.conf -- remember to make a backup. And consider always using vi at that point to edit. Never use the webgui. (although, like me, you might forget. Hence, the backup)
