I have a new DNS 313 unit that can be switched on by the power button and off.
The Lan does not respond as my cisco switch see it coming on and not register the mac address.
I have tried the reset on the back a few times no joy.
Any suggestions will be greatly apperciated.

Have you installed HDD using app supplied on CD?
