Problem when installing click and connect:
Hello,
I successfully installed the hard drive.
Now I have another problem lol ....
I can connect on the web page of the DNS-313 but when I enter the default user name: admin and password blank.
I get the following error message: You entered an incorrect login name or password. Please try again.
But I'm good typing admin in the login box.
Please help me:)

Maybe that's second hand device? Anyway - you can reset settings to defaults by pressing and holding reset button (while device is booted) till power light blink.
After this you should be able to login using default credentials.

Yes it's a new hard drive in the dns-313. I think you have found a solution for me
