When i start up my nsa-220 the green light keeps flikkering. Nothing happens after that. Even de reset button is not working.

The green light? Which green light? My NAS has a blue SYS led on front which starts blinking on poweron, and a green led on the backside, which blabs the network traffic.
If you are talking about the blue SYS led which keep blinking, it means that the box doesn't boot completely. Remove all usb stuff, and try again. If that doesn't work, remove the harddisk(s) and try again. If that solves your problem, the removed hardware is broken. If it doesn't, I'm afraid the box itself is broken.
