I've a dns 313 unit wicht until yesterday was working fine with a 320Gb hd. Today I've installed a new 500Gb hd (segate ST3500418AS). and I have a big problem. I explain it:
when I turn on the unit, the hd led turns green, than means that the new hd must be formated. I run the Clicn'nConnect utility to format the unit and it starts, but at the middle of the bar progress, it stopped. I also ran the utility without the unit plugged on the lan and the utility says me that can not find the unit.
I can access to de hd via USB.
There are any way to put on the hd a image, or manually create the partitions .... The old hd was destroyed.
