DNS-320 hdd compability?

Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me if any of the following disks si compatible with the DNS-320.
If yes which one would you advise? I'd like to make sure before make my purchase!
Am I correct thinking the Barracuda has better performance spec?

1) Samsung 2TB SpinPoint F4EG HD204UI/Z4 (i'm pretty sure this is ok)
Interface: SATA3
Cache: 32MB
Speed: 5400 rpm
Data Transfer Rate / Media to/from Buffer(Max.) 250MB/sec
Data Transfer Rate / Buffer to/from Host(Max.) 300MB/sec
Max Operating Temperature: 60 °C

2) Seagate 2TB Barracuda Green ST2000DL003

I use this and it works fine on my DNS-320 with 4K alignment

1) Samsung 2TB SpinPoint F4EG HD204UI/Z4

I use the 2TB western Digital you mention, WD20EARS, however I haven't tested max transfer speed yet. So far no problems
