DSM-G600, DNS-3xx and NSA-220 Hack Forum

lost most control of my fingers, body, have constant spasms & tremors (post-polio) now throat Cancer ,so pleaqe bear with me, it hurts like hell 2 type or move(but i ain't dead yet doggitt!)
bkgnd : im a disabled ex nasa/gm tech/honeywell  hardware & software engineer, due 2 brain stem damage from 1st polio now larnyx cancer i have a memory disease or loss plus many other things but i do remember mucgh of my computer & Electronics training and have
2 DNS-323's each with2 - 1.5 TB hard drives installed
and 1 DNS-325  with 2 - 2 TB Samsung hard drives

Now tryig 2 setup th dns-325 as a server 4 family pictures so there is 1 directoy named Family, i created a family group giving anyone in that group Read access only to that particular directory
my router (cisco/linksys E3000)had my DDNS setup are working correctly (pointing (port forwarded )to my DNS-325 at 192.168.1.5)
But when anyone logs in they immediately see the Share center and the appications button
the share center shows all applications enabled and disabled and the user (any user ) can activate any application including the backup apps.
I know that cannt be correct but when calling dlink i get these people for overseas and i can hardly understand wqhat they R saying and they say it should work like that that 2 me is very hard 2 believe. if users loggin in see the share center then how do they know wehat 2 do or where 2 go and wqhy is there an administrator password?

Shouldn tthe user be logged into the directory he has access tro and Not the share center??
 
Dlink says all users should see & have access 2 the shar ecenter somehings wrong here..

i hope people reading this understand what im saying..

And if u have your dns-325 set up could u please let me know if when a user logs in dfo rthey see the sharecenter or the directory they have rights to?
this would be a big help 4 me since i'm so il and i cant get dlink 2 understand or help.

im just trying 2 setup a simple server & hae done it umerous times but not on this dns-325 what gives?

I've been battling with the techs over the DNS-325
when i set up my dns-325 for access i also setup an administrator password
problem is when a user logs in they see the share center & the applications (enables & disabled) and can run any of them including the backup app
now if the unit is 2 work lke this why have a password?

Can anyoe tell me how u real setup the dns-325 as a web server
