Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

I made a seriously bad error in judgement today. Picked up the 313 unit yesterday and wasnt that pleased with the software so found here and then followed the tips in this thread (http://dns323.kood.org/forum/t2008-HOWT … mmies-them).html) to install the fun_plug and then added SSH. Did the chmod a+x on the sshd file and took off the execute for telnet. You can already see where this is going can't you?
SO now I cannot ssh or telnet into it. The stock webGUI works but suddenly lost the ability to connect to the drive from my ubuntu box.
ANy tips gratefully received. Thanks in advance.

OK I take some of that back. I can log into ssh after all but it comes up with BUsyBox and won't apparently do anything ie no prompt and typing help doesnt work. Did I miss something here?

Must be because your shell is the Dlink one (/bin/sh), not Funplug one (/ffp/bin/sh)
Try to type "5784468" in order to get a prompt.
Then, follow instructions from wiki http://dns323.kood.org/howto:ffp, specially chapter "The root user"

I'll give that a go - as soon as I can find out how to get the box back to the factory settings. I *may* have tried to install the Debian build and still not finding it on the network. Thanks for the help.
