Anyone knows if it's possible to replace / add the current UPNP server with another one with DLNA support, like TwonkyMedia?

Did you even look at either the Wiki or search? Jees!
There are more than one option - all with different success on different devices. I'll leave it for you to find the information though.

Please post the link, i cant find any info in howto install another UPnP server on the DNS-313.
For the DNS-323 there are many options, install guides etc --but here we talk about DNS-313.
