Factory configuration reset

How can I do a factory configuration reset without using network ?
I load a bad configuration file and now I can not accessed the dns 323.
please help me !

There's a "pin hole" reset switch on the back of the unit - straighten a paperclip, and use it to depress the switch for about 10 seconds.

If that doesn't help; see this thread... myself and zmarius couldn't get the factory reset procedure to clear this problem. Maybe I didn't do it quite right; not sure...

By the way, factory reset will only work if the unit boots up far enough to load the module for the reset button.  If the conig file you loaded is halting the boot too soon, then you will need to go in via serial as is in the post above.  Most likely the reset will not work.
