your screenshot shows that you are trying to connect to ftp via telnet? Are you connecting on port 23? Telnet runs on port 23, unless you have copnfigured it otherwise.
1. check in ffp.log in the root of your nas volume for the lines "Starting /ffp/sbin/telnetd -l /ffp/bin/sh" or "* /ffp/start/telnetd.sh ...", "Starting /ffp/sbin/telnetd" - then you know telnet is running
2. when you telnet in make sure you are connecting on port 23 e.g. telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 23 (where xxx is the ip address of your nas and 23 is the default port for telnet)

1. I indeed have " Starting / ffp / sbin / telnetd-l / ffp / bin / sh " in the ffp.log file.
2. My NAS is to connect to a router. And I indeed have to redirect the port 21 towards my NAS
Do I also have to redirect the port 23? becouse I use telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 21 for the moment

the normal port for telnet is 23, the normal port for ftp is 21. So when telnet starts up it is waiting for connections on port 23. You need to use that port to connect. But as to port forwarding, are you sure that you need to forward the ports - you usually only need to do that if you are connecting via the internet (e.g. on the other side of your router, not on your home/work side of the router). Try and not use the port forwarding feature, and connect on port 23. Once that is working you can explore other things (tip: once everything is set up, if you do want to connect from the internet use something like ssh instead of telnet).

Also.. my advice: DO NOT allow telnet traffic to be forwarded from the internet to your NAS (via port forwarding on your router). That is just asking for someone to access your NAS and trash it quickly. If you need to access your NAS from the internet side of your router, implement ssh and strong authentication and forward that port through the router.

Finally I manage to reach by telnet 198. XXX.XXX.XXX 23.
Thank you louse helps him.
Now if I want to reach it of internet, you to advise me to use SSH, but I do not know how to use it?

search the forum for ssh and you will find lots of info on it. But if you follow the how to: ffp on the wiki it will tell you how to enable ssh and disable telnet. take jesbo's advice - don't allow telnet access from the internet, use ssh if you really need console access from the internet, also don't use ftp for the same reason (it is insecure).
