DSM-G600, DNS-3xx and NSA-220 Hack Forum

Hi guys,

I moved since a little bit to linux and now I am wondering about improving my network performances.

I read that NFS would be better than SMB (CIFS) for network sharing (I dont have any Winblows computers anyway).

So I was wondering if JCard Alt-F firmware would be a good option for me...

Now I am running a JBOD (Dual 1TB) on 1.09 firmware and FFP is running from a SD card on the USB port.  The only thing I have to confirm is the hardware version of my DNS.  (edit)  It's a rev.A1

Besides that I use SSH, MiniDLNA... pretty simple setup...
