Booting problems

I connected with serial and i get the following on boot :

Not sure how to fix. But looks like maybe a bad fw flash or maybe a corrupt fw. Can you flash via a serial cable? That's my noob help speaking. smile

Thanks for the attempt to help , but im afraid that is the output over serial cable after uploading the uRamdisk and uKernal i have - unless those are corrupt !
