NTFS R/W capability

I had read somewhere that it is possible to hack the G600 to allow read/write to an NTFS USB drive.  Can someone help explain this to me?

Thanks!

Re: NTFS R/W capability

I don't use it (because it's said unsecure) but the kernel is compiled with NTFS RW support.

dmesg output :
....
Starting kswapd
Journalled Block Device driver loaded
NTFS driver v1.1.22 [Flags: R/W]
udf: registering filesystem
...

Re: NTFS R/W capability

To use NTFS rw support you must use Windows NT 4.0 NTFS. Disks formated under Windows 2000 or XP will not work. If you do not have Windows NT 4.0 then try some disk utilities that support formating to older version of NTFS.

But other than that I don't suggest it because it is probably buggy as hell and you will end up losing or corrupting your NTFS partition.
