I use DNS-323 with RAID.
The update was successfully. DNS-323 got reboot. It didn't need to re-format hard drives.
After it rebooted, I found the chineses characters in file names are not showing correct. I ran the easy-search and corrected the setting. The file names were correctly shown back.
The problem is when I try to rename, delete or move the files/directories, my windows xp sp2 got crashed, the machine was autometically reboot. The files can be read without any problem. So, I backed up all the files, and then formatted the hard drives. But the issue is still there.
Can I get some help here?

After I removed Avira AntiVirus Premium, this problem got resolved.
