Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

Hi!
I've been trying to get the funplug work on my ch3snas, but I'm having some trouble with that... hope you guys can help me out. Starting telnet via Terminal (OSX) or Putty (Win) seems to work, but when I try to access "/mnt/HD_a2/fun_plug.d/start/" I get "permission denied". Any ideas? Sorry, I'm a total n00b

set your permissions using the following:
chmod 777 /mnt/HD_a2/fun_plug.d/start
It will allow everyone acess to the directory

Thanx for your fast reply! When using this command, I get "no such file or directory". But when I mount the NAS via Samba, I can see the fun_plug.d/start folder is existend.

If you can connect via putty or telnet, fun_plug is already working. Try chdir ro change directories.
