ipkg Successfully terminated.

when I run ipkg update
I get 
/opt # /opt/bin/ipkg update
Successfully terminated.

Any ideas out there why is not updateing?
It does the same for list...

You'll need to edit /opt/etc/ipkg.conf to add ipkg feed source
