DNS-323 Firmware 1.05b3

Can't find any links to it, so here it is: http://www.station-drivers.com/telechar … 323.1.05b3(www.station-drivers.com).exe

Changes:

- Add Torrent module
- Add Jumbo Frame (3000 a 9000)
- Add Scandisk
- Add LLTD option

NOT tested yet...

Scandisk caused Problems with the CH3SNAS.
So it was removed from the Conceptronic Firmware.

Might be, that is causes problems in the D-Link firmware, too...

245 mbps looks faster than I got using Jumbo frames with 1.04

What speeds do you get without jumbo? Maybe there has been some performance improvements for the networking generally? (Taking out the old-fashioned socket options from the smb.conf file maybe - can you post the /etc/samba/smb.conf file?)

I think when you get over 200 mbps you may need to start looking at the other side of the transfer as well.

without jumbo frames im getting around 160mbps to 170mbps

im using dir-655 which have no settings for jumbo frames

i tried out this firmware, didn't really seem compeletely stable, and mldonkey refused to start.  Although, FunPlug was still working fine.  I had to go back to 1.04.

dlink mentioned that he will be releasing b28 aka v1.05 release soon
