Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

I recently upgraded to Version 1.05, and added a second hard drive to the unit at the same time. After this the fun_plug would not run. After a day of tinkering with downgrades, and various simple fun_plug's, I moved the fun_plug to the newly added hard drive logical unit = (Volume_2), rebooted, and now it is up and running. Apparently there is a physical Volume_1 that can be aliased if only using one hard drive at initialization.

I suppose you had your first (single) drive in the left slot, and now put the 2nd drive in the right slot. On startup, the NAS scans the disk bays from left to right, so the first one it finds gets assigned sda1 (Volume_1) and the second one becomes sda2 (Volume_2).
A swap of hard drives should fix this.

Yes I bought it already setup and the !st HD was installed into the left hand bay. Just swapped them al is normal now even the shares were re-mapped to the correct Volume_x. Thanks for the help.
