ipkg Help.

Hello... I am trying to install a local ipk file and I gett errors...

Code:

ipkg install /mnt/HD_a2/data/Projects/munin-node/munin-node_1.2.5_mipsel.ipk 
Clearing state_want and state_flag for pkg=munin-node (arch_priority=0 flag=16 want=2)
Nothing to be done
An error ocurred, return value: 4.
Collected errors:
Cannot find package munin-node.
Check the spelling or perhaps run 'ipkg update'

What am I doing wrong?!?
