iTunes server fixes in 1.05

As an experiment I turned off Firefly and gave the built-in iTunes server another try after upgrading to 1.05.

The big problem I had with the built in server on the previous release is that a refresh takes over an hour to complete. My music directory has 1800 Apple Lossless Audio Codec files and the stupid built-in server is so slow it makes me wonder whether it's processing the whole file content rather than just scanning the headers.

Anyway this problem is still exactly the same on 1.05, so don't bother trying it!

I will be going back to Firefly now, it rescans my files in under a minute.

Thought that might help avoid wasting anyone elses time.
