Hello, I recently upgraded to 1.05 because I was having problems with the DNS-323.
When plugged in locally to my computer via Ethernet cable, it works fine. When plugged in through router, it drops packets and doesn't open the web interface.
I have dropped pretty much all routing options that could be affecting it, and have no clue what to try.
Using a WRTP54G Router.

Most consumer grade routers have a router and a five port ethernet switch in the same housing - the router's internal interface connects to the first of the switch ports and the remaining four ports are available for external connections. It is quite unusual for the "routing functions" to have any impact on traffic flowing between the four ethernet ports - since this is not a part of the router perse.
Could you please clarify what you mean when you say "plugged in through router" - if this refers to connections made between to the ethernet ports then you need to look at the configuration on the PC and the DNS-323 - it is possible that you are having problems with the autonegotiation for spped or duplex.
