Hello. I'm newbie in *nix systems, may be simply can not understand it?
DNS-323, f/w 1.04, fun_plug 0.4
I have successfully configured rsync, crontab - it's works.
But configure syslog server does not work.
I tried so in syslog.sh:
syslogd -O /mnt/HD_a2/LOG/syslog.log
(and I'm ## string with klogd )
The syslog-server runs, the file is created, and in this file recorded information about DNS-323 launching...
I refers to the DNS-323 as the address syslog-server on router DFL-210.
And do not get any information from this device in the file /mnt/HD_a2/LOG/syslog.log
I have installed on a computer Kiwi Syslog Daemon and pointed address of the computer as the address syslog-server - everything works, data come from DFL-210.
What am I doing wrong and how to make that data stored in the DNS-323?
