Well, here is how you could set it up;

1. Create a group that you for example call "ftpaccess".

2. Add users to the group called "ftpaccess".

3. Now when creating a ftp resource, change category to Group and pick "ftpaccess" and pick what ever folder you want to give the users within group "ftpaccess" access to.

Above does the trick for you, ie multiply users with access to the ftp resource you want to share.

But... How do I access the file so I can edit it?
I am logged in as admin but can't open the folder .systemfile

Read this:
Transfer using FTP
   1.      Enable FTP through the admin pages and set up an ftp user.
   2.      Create a test fun_plug on your system.
   3.      Connect to your DNS-323 using a command line ftp client (in windows: start / run / ftp)
   4.      Change to the right directory: cd /
   5.      Upload your fun_plug: put fun_plug
   6.      Make it executable: chmod 777 fun_plug
   7.      If command prompt doesn’t recognize ‘chmod’, use ‘quote site chmod 777 fun_plug’
   8.      Quit ftp: quit

My understanding so far is that I can use an ftp (or windows explorer) to put the fun_plug files from KRH in the root of /HD_a1 (my drives have that name).

I  am still not sure HOW to put those files on the drive. Do I just extract the contents of "ny mappe" and put them in the root dir of the disk?

yes, but it is good when they are many users.... because if an user is a member os ftpacess and ftpacess2 for exemple and which group have diferent folders, the users have only acess to one folder every.
