What is different about PHP.ini-recommended?

I started a php server on my DNS so I could use Clutch for Transmission. I noticed that in /ffp/etc/examples there is a php.ini-recommended. What is different about the recommended version? Also, if I just copy it into /ffp/etc and rename it to php.ini, will php automatically pick it up? Currently there is no /ffp/etc/php.in file.

Thanks

Re: What is different about PHP.ini-recommended?

php.ini-recommended is from the php source package, and 'recommended' by php people, not by me.
