Is it safe to buy a revision A1, f/w version 1.01 new in a box in a store or are there later releases then A1 thats better?
Its a goog price on it, planed to buy it than uppgrade firmware to 1.05

I had a B1 first and got an A1 as an RMA unit. Both came with 1.03. I flashed B1 to 1.04 and A1 to 1.05.
Haven't noticed any significant difference. My A1 consumes slightly more power (a 2w difference both idling or busy), but it could well be due to different fan speeds because of the temperature difference between measurements.
