Hi,
I can't get past the logon screen on a my new DNS 323, (with 2x500GB western digital HDs.)
Connected the DNS to via cable to ethernet port on wireless router.
Search utility located unit on Windows XP PC.
Clicked "Configuration" on Search utility and Firefox opened to login page.
Entered "admin", left password blank, clicked "Configuration" on web page.
...no response. Firefox eventually times out.
LAN light shows occasional activity.
I tried turning all XP firewall off. No improvement.
Tried resetting box. Also no help.
Popup blocker off.
I haven't seen any similar problems. Everyone else seems to get further than this. I can't even get started.
... any one have any ideas on this?

Further details:
After web interface hangs, I can't get back onto the login page unless I reboot DNS unit.
so sounds like a webserver crash.
Anyone else seen this?

Did you make any mods to the unit, such as editing the Configuration backup file? If so, you may have a harder time.
I had this happen once with no mods on the unit. Have you tried doing a reset with the button on the back of the unit? Mine took 3 reset cycles to come back. There are instructions on this forum if you search for them.

Problem resolved by several more hard resets.
