BT : Connection to server failed.
Hi
I've got a DNS323 with :
-1*1024go Samsung F1
-1*1024go Seagate 7200.11
Bt was working very well with only the samsung HDD, but since I installed the seagate i'm no longer able to use the BT function
Please could you help me please?

What hard drive configuration are you running? RAID0? RAID1? JBOD? individual disks?
When looking at the power button on the DNS-323 which side (left or right) is the
Samsung drive located and which side is the Seagate located?

The configuration is : individual disks

Probably the problem. The right bay is the primary bay. It is the one that the program interacts with. Try removing the seagate and see if it works again. If so, swap the drives. If you get a format screen after swapping the drives, I have a fix for that.

I was too fast to write. unfortunately i tried one download with BT but when it was finished, it was not in the BT file. So I restarted the NAS and now I can't access to the BT function as on the previous screen
Edit: now i inverted the HDD again (so it is now in the same position as the beginning) and it seems to work lol. Very strange isn't it ^_^
