I have been using DNS-323 built-in itune server to stream music to my Soundbridge. My friend has another soundbridge and I would like to share my collection with him. Can this be done? What settings do I need to change on on my router? Thanks.

Need more information.
Need to know if your friend is on the same network as you or you want to stream over the internet.
Need to know your router make and model
Helpful to know the OS of the computer you wish to connect to.
I do not use itunes but I would not have though it would be a big issue as you should be able to do it with other media uPNP AV servers.
People are more likely to be able to help with these details.

RB: Thanks. My friend is on a different network. He is located oversea and will be connected from a different ISV. I am aware that the IP address of my network will change as my ISP provides the IP address. I was thinking of using a Dynamic DNS service to provide an URL so he won't have to know each time the IP address is changed on my side. The router I am using is model D-LINK DIR-655. He will also be using a soundbridge. He will likely not use a PC to access the music files stored on the DNS-323 as he is still on Windows 98. However, it would be great to know when he gets a new PC running Vista, can he access the music files from either Itune or Windows media player?

First you need to check you can connect to each other. I have used winamp to stream to a friend (UK to US). You need to find the port that the DNS is streaming on and I would imagine you then need to forward that port on your router to the IP address of your DNS.
Try that as a starting point and let us know how you get on.
