Just wanted to say I have once have had the same problem. Dead smb and amber LED's. I'm not running RAID, just using two standard formatted disks. But I'm also using fw 1.05 and ffp 0.5. Been running the 323 for two days now with no amber LED's since rebooting. Strange problem which I hope won't come frequent for me. A solution would be great, but I don't know how to debug it either.
