Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

installed problems fun plug

I just installed the fun plug at volume 1;

  Copy fun_plug and fun_plug.tgz to Volume 1 and reboot. If
  successful, the fun_plug.tgz file is unpacked (ffp directory) and
  deleted. A telnet server is started.

After rebooting the 323, the folder isn't unpacked and still there.

Anybody has a clue?

Yes - and what you need to do is use the search button at the top of the page to find the solution.

Normally Volume_1 is the drive in the right bay, but, depending on which bay (left or right) you put the first disk in to, it is possible for Volume_1 to be the drive in the left bay, so when you copy fun_plug etc. to Volume_1 it goes on the wrong drive and when you reboot, nothing happens.
