Hi all,
I have been reading a number of posts here, but I'm unsure if any other users are experiencing simliar issues to me.
I updated my box to V1.05 a few weeks back and started using the BT function without any problems. I have managed to download a number of torrents from ISOhunt and Miniova via the download torrent file option.
How-ever, now I'm unable to download anything. All queued downlaods do not update peers or seeds and I can see error reports on page in the bottom left of IE.
Any ideas, I would appreciate any guidance.

Hi,
I had similiar problems with 1.05 build in Torrent Client. Mine didnt stop working but it disappeared completely after few weeks. When I logged into 'Download' and chose Bittorrent it said that I dont have any client installed.
No information from D-Link on that issue so far. Try to reinstall the Torrent App.
My personal suggestion is to use another client. There is some MLDonkey App from shadowandy. It seems a huge app with lots of features. I had that for testing but wasnt satisfied. It simply used to much memory. (>=80%)
You can use the btpd commandline torrent client from ffp 0.5 package. It is very fast and slim client. (mem use about 4%)

Transmission is also very popular.
As for your disappearing BT client, did you make any cheanges to the DNS? Add / remove a drive? Swap the drive? Try deleting anything from telnet? Change permissions on anything? Anything at all you can think of. The program is installed on the hard drive 0, second partition (HD_a2). The script that starts it up looks only in that location, and it looks for it to have the correct file permissions. If either of those things have changed, it will not load and give you the not installed error. Also to note, I did not say on Volume_1. Volume_1 is a Samba share name and is not used by the system at all, and does not neccesarily correspond to the first hard drive (drive 0). Also, drive 0 is the drive on the right side when looking at the front of the DNS.
