Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

Because of the order I loaded my drives into the DNS-323, my /mnt/HD_a2 was mapped to Volume_2...which was most annoying. In another post someone mentioned that the RIGHT drive bay defaults to /mnt/HD_a2 when 2 drives are loaded. The first drive loaded is mapped to Volume_1.
So the trick was to shutdown the NAS, unload the left drive. Boot it. Verify that the RIGHT drive is mapped to Volume_1 and /mnt/HD_a2 (note that fun_plug needs to be installed on this drive . Shutdown, then insert the LEFT drive. Boot and the RIGHT drive should stay as Volume_1 and /mnt/HD_a2. The LEFT drive will now be mapped to Volume_2 and HD_b2.
