Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

SSH root access for all accounts

I've installed the fun_plug as mentioned on http://nas-tweaks.net/CH3SNAS:Tutorials/fun_plug.
The main reason was to activate the SSH connection. The server is not a public server and several accounts are made. Every account has it own directory. Only root can see them all. I've managed this by logging in on the website of the server.

So the SSH connection is working for the users, however they are now able to go a directory up. What means they can see all the files of others. How am I able to disable that? I do want that the users can access by SSH and only see what they are allowed to see.

Can someone help me?

That's how ssh works. If you don't want some user to look into directories of another user, you need to adjust directory permissions.
