what CHMOD command to allow read/write to /ffp/etc/ files from samba?

hi

a silly newbie q:

how do i change permissions to /ffp/etc/llink/skins/ using telnet to allow me to write files thru ftp (i wish to mod my llink skin for my PCH)

Do a google search for "man chmod".  Actually, here it is; this is for bash, not ash but it is mosly identical.  http://www.ss64.com/bash/chmod.html This is something that is so simple that you will learn more by reading it yourself than someone just telling you the answer.
