Copying / moving data to NAS DNS-323 - Robocopy

I have been searching a good way to move all my stuff on NTFS to the new DNS-323. Especially,  I am looking at ways to copy and maintain the timestamp of the original folder after transfering to the destination folder on the nas. We all know Robocopy should do the job and much more.  There are 2 version I known of for Robocopy - XP010 and XP026. To maintain the timestamp of the folder, I use Robocopy version XP026, I dont know where I got it from but I found it hiding in my C:\windows\system32.  In order to minimize your effort  or in case you dont know... here is the command line I use to copy recsursively from NTFS to Ext2 on DNS323:

Robocopy [source folder] [target folder] /e /dcopy:t

2 useful flags i also use /fft & /copy:dt :

1) When copying files from NTFS to non-NTFS(or filessystems that implement FAT-style file times with a 2-second granularity), you may encount "Newer", "Older" message  on files that are virtually identical in both file content and timestamp.
Solution :

Add flag /fft

Robocopy [source folder] [target folder] /e /dcopy:t /fft

2) ERROR 5 (0x00000005) Changing File Attributes : access is denied.
Solution is to turn off Attribute copying ;

Add flag /copy:dt

Robocopy [source folder] [target folder] /e /dcopy:t /fft /copy:dt

thats all.
