Is there an "official" sudo package for fun_plug?

I am using a version from  http://sara.homeunix.net/fun_plug/0.5/s … .9p14.tgz.
Is there a reason why sudo is not part of the main fun_plug repository?

For me at least sudo is pretty fundamental (I  try to never log in as root unless absolutely necessary).
