dns 323 new questions: users, groups and usb key?!
I have 2 new problems:
1. Since my dns 323 is on, i have lost the ability to get my usb key to work. it is on but it is not given a drive letter anymore. Dopes anyone knows what this is cause dby?
2. other problem: how do i set up the users and groups so that 1 user can be part of multiple groupes and have read/write authoprization while other users have only access to some groupes?
Thans again for all your help.. so far this site has been wonderfull at helping the new guy at it that i am

just realize i forgot to say that i am connecting this usb key to the pc, not the dns....

Regarding the USB key - most likely you have assigned the drive letter that the PC was using for the USB key to one of the DNS-323 drives, and so the drive letter is no longer associated with the key - you have a couple of options, the first and simplest being to re-assign the DNS-323 drives to a different letter.

Thanks for the help!! I still was wondering how i can set up a user to be in ,utiple groups.. let's say i have a familly group (where my wife and daughter can keep their files and where i can go and also drop files... for them) and then I have another group (work) where only i have accesss...
