FONZ, despite endless hours of trying I have not been able to get firmware reloaded to work.
The frustrating part is that I have been able to do everything but reload to the ram disk using the reloaded modules including:
- Using regular ffp-reloaded to reboot kernels on my RAID1 partition using either your 2.6.12.6 kernel or my own recompiled 2.6.12.6 kernels
- Adopting ffp-reloaded to reboot kernel 2.6.12.6 using an unzipped initrd copied over to my usb partition thus effectively imitating firmware-reloaded but using a clean usb partition instead of the ramdisk.
So it seems like I can do everything but get ffp-reloaded to work from a ramdisk with a gzipped initrd.
I have even tried this using stripped down versions of the kernel in case memory is the issue.
Any ideas on what I could do to further troubleshoot this?
Has anyone gotten firmware-reloaded to work on a rev B1 firmware 1.05 model?
