No need for lpd on my DNS-323

I never intend to hook a printer to my DNS-323...  So the question is... Is it ok to kill the lpd process?  If so, whats the best way (or should I say correct way) to terminate it?  My approach would be to simply add an appropriate kill command in the fun_plug.local script.

Some may ask why bother?  I prefer not to run any unnecessary processes so as to keep available memory free for other tasks (or file cache buffers).
