Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

I install windows 7 ... and have the NAS 323 map as a drive
problem is .... it will auto cut off from the map drive every 5 min... be it using the NAS or not ...
Copy file half way also will stop copy... have to reflesh.. and wait ... before link recover...
Any one know why ?

There is no reason why Windows 7 should cause a problem for the DNS-323 - so - let's verify that it is going into sleep mode.
1) Does the square DLink logo go dark whilst trasnferring a file?
2) I believe you can disable sleep mode from the we admin page - have you tried to do that?
3) Assuming that you can (and have) disable(d) sleep mode, does the unit still goto sleep? Does it go to sleep if disconnected from the network?

I map a drive...so dont see logo..

i have 2 PC ... seem like it is only the win7 that is having DC problem every 6 min.....

Lets see.... Windows 7... Isn't that still Beta? My guess is the issue is with Windows... Not necessarily the DNS. Particularly since you say the problem happens only for the Win7 PC. Perhaps some networking glitch between Win7 and the Samba implementation on the DNS.

And that sir, is exactly why I suggested that we verify if the DNS-323 is going to into sleep mode - Windows7 may be having DC problems (and by that I assume you mean disconnecting), but that does not mean that the DNS-323 is going to sleep or spinning it's disks down.
And if you can confirm that the non "Windows 7" system does not have any problems, we will most likely achieve two things - the first being that the DNS-323 is not going to sleep when it shouldn't, and the second being that you have a Windows 7 bug - if you're a Microsoft beta tester you'll know how to deal with that.
