Hi there,i'm a happy owner of a DNS-323 until i put another hard drive on it.i buy a 1Tb western Digital Green Version to add to a WD 640GB and my BitTorrent become unusable,the error was:

Can someone please give me a help?

Let me guess, your first drive was in the left bay, then you added the new one to the right bay? The right bay is the primary drive (0) and the left is secondary (1).
