Boot a X86 PC from DNS-323

I would like to boot up a X86 PC from my DNS-323. (the IDE controller has damaged it)
As I see I cannot set the file name etc. on the originaly shipped DHCP.

Can anybody suggest a tested solution to use net boot from a DNS-323?

What's your time worth?  StarTech sells a PCI card with both ATA & SATA for $30.

I would like to use my DNS-323 as a boot server too if it possible.

I do not think DNS-323 supports BOOTP protocol.
