question from a newbie

Hi, I have been looking all over and want to know what is the maximum file size you can copy over to the device as it does seem to be around 2gig.  If this is the case I noticed they may be a cutom fireware that might solve this.  Any answers wil be greatly recieved

Many Thanks

P

Re: question from a newbie

Make sure you have upgraded your firmware to latest version available. (and make sure you got DSM-G600 not DNS-323).

DSM-G600 - NetBSD hdd-boot - 80GB Samsung SP0802N
NSA-220 - Gentoo armv5tel 20110121 hdd-boot - 2x 2TB WD WD20EADS
