Known Compatible Streaming Media Players?
I have an SMC EZ-Stream media player. I tried to get it to work with my DSM-G600 with no luck. It finds the network but cannot locate any files.
Are there any palyers that are specifically known to work with the DSM-G600?

There is a good probabilty that it might work with the DSM-G600 coz it also supports the UPnP although in the datasheet did not mention any support for a UPnP network storage enclosure probably because they dont have a product that has the same capability as the DSM-G600. But im guessing that since it supports UPnP there is a good chance that it might work with the DSM. Set your DSM as an access point if its not connected yet to a wireless router and see if your SMC EZ Stream can recognize the hard drive (with music or video files) attached to the DSM.

The internal uPnP Server ist quiet crappy, I propose you should check out ushare from this page. Its quiet slow (and I´m hoping I´ll get mt-daapd running) but it ´ll do the job.
