BitTorrent after download

Hi,

I have noticed that after DNS-323 restart all torrents are 0% download. I think this is pretty normal - the client checks already downloaded pieces. But what I don't understand is how can it be so slow. After 10hours from  restart 7 out of 11 torrents are sill 0%. And if I add a new torrent it shows Seeds:0 Leeds:0.

Re: BitTorrent after download

I still can see 7 of total 11 torrents 0% downloaded even there has been a lot of data already downloaded. But the client is not completely dead. Those 4 torrents are downloadind packages...slowly but downloading regardless.

Also webserver keeps jamming time to time. How can I restart the server alone? I can kill the process /web/webs but when trying to start - script freezes after while

/bin # /web/webs
Quota Stop
Set Daylight :/usr/sbin/daylight f &
rm: cannot remove '/tmp/set_ddns_done': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove '/tmp/set_ddns_error': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove '/web/ddns_start': No such file or directory
country = 66
Daylight mode : NONE
$Shutting down SMB services:
$Shutting down NMB services:
$Starting SMB services:
$Starting NMB services:
language=1 <---stops here

I also have changed the default port 6881 to something else.. eg. 28000-30000 and of cource opened the same port from router. But  no noticable change on performance.

Thanks,
Mark

Re: BitTorrent after download

Hi,

Finally after...I guess more than 24hour, the Bit torrent was all updated, up and running and downloading with 250kB/s...But...but after while the webserver crashed again. I can't connect to webinterface...crap. I don't want to restart the machine since it takes so long time to recover back to normal.

Please how can I just restart the webserver. Telnet is working fine and I can see the with ps commant that  /web/webs is running. If I kill that process I can't it start any more.
Am I doing something wrong?
