DMA1100p Zyxel Media Streamer
Anybody ever used this with a DNS323?
I'm using firmware 1.5, but the standard upnpav stuff doesn't seem to provide content.
So, killed that and used Mediatomb instead from funplug 0.5.
Now I can see a list of files, but all my videos are not selectable (they appear in the list but are greyed out) - they vary between ripped VOBs, AVIs with various codecs, and (non hi-def) MPEG2s captured straight off a DVB-T signal.
I can select photos and mp3's.
I don't see it as being codec incompatibility - directly captured mpeg2 should play at least?
Oh, and Merry Christmas (if you subscribe to that kind of thing 
)

The media streamer will play video directly from the USB stick, but will not let me select the same video from the NAS...

OK, so I spotted the mime type change in config.xml, and changed so that I can play xvid AVIs. Unfortunately, not all xvid so will have to re-encode some.
Trying to work out how to change so that mpeg files will play, and VOBs if possible.
