hi all, can you find any errors here ?
tvix 5000u mediaplayer have both samba and nfs,(samba works)
but when choosing Tvix nfs. error unable to connect to disk.
(i can see when choosing Tvix nfs,dns blinks but wont let Tvix nfs in )
my config : tvix> router>dns 1hd + pc/windows cat6
here is the deal.
server name in Tvix must be tvixhd1 and a folder in dns-323 tvixhd1
i read some where. Tvix only supports simple share config.if thats so,anyway around it?
these lines i have added in.
fun_plug: VOL1=/mnt/HD_a2
ln -s /mnt/HD_a2 /tvixhd1
exports: /tvixhd1 192.168.1.0/24(rw,no_root_squash)
/mnt/HD_a2 tvixhd1 192.168.1.0/24(rw,no_root_squash)
Tvix ip is [192.168.1.37],comment. can i add Tvix ip/ or (no password) or let Tvix in now ??

hi all . good news,all the tvixrouterdns users with a the great Fonz plugin.
after reading about nfs (http://nfs.sourceforge.net/nfs-howto/ar01s06.html)
i found this command and it solve it.
ifconfig
inet addr:192.168.1.35 Bcast:192.168.1.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
as you can see the broadcast address must also pass router.
im very happy now!!!, at last i can play my HD.ts files very smooth,even dvd and avis looks better.
one more thing to do is after reading about NFS and security.is tidy up my user rights.

Did you get NFS Working ??
I can get samba fine, but unfs is allowing connections but I cant see anything -
I got Tvix to PC with NFS fine using Netshare
