NFS 3 TCP

Do you know if the DNS-323 support NFS 3 on tcp ?

The DNS-323 doesn't offer NFS at all. But you can install user-space NFS servers (kernel-based NFS doesn't work reliably). The only NFSv3 user-space I know of is unfs3 (http://unfs3.sourceforge.net/). I'm using it for quite some time now (not with TCP, though). It's man-page says about TCP:

"By default, unfsd provides its  services  to  clients using either UDP or TCP as communications protocol."
