copy for backup the first disk internally to the second on DNS-323

hi all
i'm new on the DNS-323. My installation: 2 WD 640GB SATA drives (as seperate disks no RAID or JBOD).
the idea to have the files on the first disk and make a backup to the second one every night (eventually incremental)
i have allready installed ffp 0.5 with a few additional packages
everything is working
now i have read about scripts and also BackupNetClone for making internally a backup
but everything seems very complicated (much more than the installation of ffp 0.5 etc.)

so my question: where did i find an easy description based on ffp to do this task (also my knowledge of Linux is basic)

thx a lot for helping and all the stuff i found here

The easiest way is to use the built in scheduler of the official firmware.  If you want a more complex yet better way then search the forum; it's been discussed at length.  There's also Wikis about them.
